Alexis is the founder & CEO of Springhead Social Impact, an advisory firm and intermediary that believes that everyone deserves to live a life fulfilled in a safe, healthy and just environment.
Alexis has worked in finance, the arts, and not for profit sectors. Throughout her career she has focused on people and equity while reinforcing strong business practices and building out new business areas through innovation. In her not for profit work, Alexis has advised and partnered with numerous foundations, financial institutions, and policy organizations focused on positive social impact. In the arts, working for Christie’s she was managing director responsible for the fourteen offices in North and South America.
In finance she worked for Morgan Stanley in their investment management division in Tokyo where she was COO. Her work built upon her earlier experience as a currency trader in NYC, Paris and Boston. In addition to her commercial experience, Alexis has long standing volunteer experience working on Board and Advisory Board cultivation, creation and management.
She is deeply immersed in the ESG and sustainability ecosystem with a focus on racial and gender equity and social and environmental justice. Advancing girls and women has been central to Alexis’ lived experience both professionally and through her volunteer work. She graduated from Brown University with a double major in Economics and International Relations and was a multi-sport varsity athlete.
