Casey is a Licensed Esthetician, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and Licensed Restart Sugar Detox Instructor. After spending most of her teens and early twenties being on prescriptions, hiding behind makeup, and avoiding social situations because of acne and psoriasis she knew there had to be a better solution.
That is when Casey made the decision to become a Licensed Esthetician. During school, she learned some basics of nutrition, but the focus was on treating the skin topically. Despite her best efforts, her face erupted in acne. Years passed before she finally used her esthetics license because she was so ashamed of the way her skin looked.
It was at this time when Casey lost all hope of ever having clear skin. Several years ago, Casey completed a nutritional reset program called the Whole 30. The program opened her eyes to nutrition and an entirely different way of eating. It was the first time in years that she felt great and had confidence in her skin. She was a new person. Casey now uses a real food approach to help her clients feel confident.
