Khephra Jackson

Khephra Jackson is the Director of Research & Evaluation at Felicia’s Promise, where he leads the organization’s program evaluation, data strategy, and long-term impact planning. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology’s School of Public Policy and brings a strong background in policy analysis and program evaluation. At Felicia’s Promise, Khephra focuses on strengthening how the organization understands who it serves, measures outcomes across its programs, and uses data to improve decision-making and sustainability. His work is guided by a commitment to equity, evidence-based practice, and ensuring that youth-serving programs deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes for girls and young women of color.
